30 somethings

Prevention is better than cure – Target those 30 somethings now!

We’re all getting older even if we have no specific skin complaints,  Microdermabrasion will remove old, dead skin cells and stimulate collagen and elastin production, which keep our skin strong and flexible. Clients should be looking at treatments as a preventative measure in their 30s at the latest to keep their skin looking great. They might not realise it yet so how can we convince clients they need to start now?

Let’s talk science

Everyone’s heard the saying ‘Prevention is better than cure’ so let’s talk about why? Make sure clients know the facts about skin. We doubt many of your clients have studied skin like you have and so being able to explain in layman’s terms to them why their skin needs to be looked after now and the consequences if they don’t should be enough to convince them to invest in their skin

Collagen production

One of the reasons our skin starts to age is the decrease in collagen production. IN our 20s we have that lovely youthful plumpness to skin, we can bounce back from a hangover and for many skincare isn’t really on the radar. As we head into our 30s we start to see the appearance of fine lines creep in and this is the point at which we need to capture these clients and get

Skincare package

Talk about how your treatments can help to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. How they can stop brighten skin, improve uneven skin tone and prevent skin damage. Put together a package for clients. The more specific to them the better so advertise this as a monthly subscription which includes products and treatments to keep skin looking great. Break it down into a daily cost.  “Starting from just £2 a day we can make sure you keep the signs of ageing at bay – Get in touch today for more details and a personalised skincare plan that will make sure your skin looks great forever!  Remember SkinBase offer some fantastic treatments that can be incorporated into these packages

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is great at achieving results for clients in their 30s and beyond, it helps to stimulate collagen production and will improve uneven skin tone by removing the dead skin cells and restoring that youthful glow. It’s a fantastic treatment to fit into your clients’ long term plan for their skin.

Collagen Lift

Another collagen boosting treatment and this treatment is especially effective on loose and sagging skin. At 30, your clients probably aren’t seeing signs of this yet so getting started with Collagen Lift early will ensure it stays that way!

IPL Medical Therapies

These are a powerhouse of treatments that can work on acne, thread veins and broken capillaries, pigmentation and sun damage. When clients come in wishing they had used their suncream more regularly these will be your go-to treatments to repair the damage.
