Diversify your treatment options – Luxury manicures and pedicures

I don’t know about you but we are desperate for some pampering. We are tensed up and every part of our body is in need of some attention and so we thought now was a good time to remind you of what you can offer with your microdermabrasion system.

Luxury pedicures

7 weeks of lockdown and we’ve got feet like a pig’s trotters, daily exercise is taking a toll on our soles and what better way to get rid of all that dead skin build-up and treat those feet than with a luxury MD pedicure. Here is an example procedure (avoid any heat treatments; paraffin wax and hot boots), you can do the microdermabrasion step prior to soaking too.

Treatment Description:

“They serve us well but our poor feet deserve a break too and what better way than with our luxury microdermabrasion pedicure. Put your feet up while we work our magic to slough away hard skin, invigorate and stimulate the circulation, and get those feet smoother than they’ve ever been. Your feet will thank you for it. We promise.”

Procedure:

  1. Soak
  2. Cuticle work
  3. Double-sided foot file to dry/dehydrate
  4. Cut and file
  5. MD
  6. Massage (Massage after if gel polish )
  7. Mask (optional)
  8. Polish

Luxury manicure

Our hands are one of the areas that can show the signs of ageing first. Age spots on the hands and forearms are common as are fine lines and wrinkles. Microdermabrasion is great for all these concerns so incorporating it into a luxury manicure makes sense. Here is an example procedure and treatment description.

Treatment Description:

“Our hands are one of the first areas to show the signs of ageing and they work hard for us too! This treatment will not only ensure your nails look good it will make your hands look amazing too. Age spots, fine lines and wrinkles, dry and dehydrated skin; microdermabrasion will fight the signs of ageing and improve the absorption of hand creams whilst keeping moisture locked in.”

Procedure:

  1. MD
  2. Soak
  3. Cuticle work
  4. Cut and file
  5. Hand and arm massage (Massage after if gel polish )
  6. Mask (optional)
  7. Polish

We love our treatments here at SkinBase, but if we could give just one tip to clients for their skin it would be to use an SPF daily. Seriously, this one good deed can help prevent so much damage to skin that clients will be thanking you for their enviably youthful looking skin in years to come. Ensuring high standards

Now we are open again it’s important that we don’t get complacent about our standards. Although levels of Covid are relatively low currently it is up to us to ensure we maintain high standards within our industry.

We want clients to leave our premises spreading the news about how reassured they felt about the measures in place to give others the confidence to come back in. So, what can we do?
